- Responsible to establish all production activities such as insertion, sorting, shrink and packing to get the maximum result in manual team and can manage and coordinate the efficient human resource based on schedule and target production
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferred in Graphica or Industry Engineer)
- Have experience minimum 1 year in the same position is advantage or have experience in manufacture before (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Possess high interest in manufacture
- Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, good analytical thinking and have strong leadership background
- Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
